Made to order means that once we receive your order we plan for production. We have a limited number of team members and this approach assures we keep waste to a minimum and our lead-times as short as possible. All of our items are produced by our master craftsmen in the USA.
We haven’t shipped overseas yet but are happy to work with you to explore possibilities. International shipping rates, VAT duties and taxes will apply. Please contact us directly to inquire.
If for any reason you wish to cancel, there is a 48-hour grace period between your order and the commencement of production. To cancel within this period, there is a $250 fee. After the 48-hour grace period has passed, your order is considered a final sale. Once your order has been put into production, no order changes can be made. All of our items are custom made to order and a final sale. For this reason, we do not accept returns.

We’ll refund your shipping charges in full or partiality depending on the circumstances. Please note that we do suggest bringing furniture blankets and methods to secure the items for transit.
Yes! You can purchase samples here and it’s a great idea to do so. Since we use real wood, every board is unique and there will be differences in wood grain patterns, color, and tone. We custom craft our wood inlays using thousands of pieces of wood and our finishes are applied by hand. Please expect some color variation within the finished product.
