Shipping & Made to Order Agreement
Thank you for reviewing this order agreement form as it serves as your final order confirmation. Because our wood products are custom and made-to-order, we begin securing materials and planning your project soon after the order is placed. Payment is made in full at the time the order is placed. If for any reason you wish to cancel (we understand that things happen), there is a 48-hour grace period between your order and the commencement of production. To cancel within this period, there is no fee. After the 48-hour grace period has passed, your order is considered a final sale. Once your order has been put into production, no order changes can be made. If you need to cancel within 48 hours of the time the order was placed, please contact hello@attlingar.com or call (843)-400-3047.
Since we use real wood, every board is unique and there will be differences in wood grain patterns, color, and tone. We custom craft our wood inlays using thousands of pieces of wood and our finishes are applied by hand. Please expect some color variation within the finished product. We suggest ordering samples ahead of placing an order to confirm your selection.
Additionally, wood is a natural material that can react to changes in environmental conditions such as humidity and temperature. As a result, slight expansion or contraction may occur, which can affect the dimensions and appearance of the product over time.
While we do our best to provide accurate lead times, they are estimates and subject to change. Lead times are strictly quoted as production time only and do not include transit time. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for shipment. To reduce shipping charges, orders with multiple products will ship once all items are completed.
We personally inspect every item to ensure our quality standards are met. Our heavier items are shipped with white glove service and our smaller items are shipped via our partners, most often UPS. For white glove delivery items, it is the responsibility of the recipient to inspect all items before signing the bill of lading or allowing the driver to leave. Should any transit damage be discovered, please contact us immediately, take pictures of the issues and notate in thorough detail on the bill of lading. Should you discover any damage after the delivery has been accepted without notating on the bill of lading we will not be able to file a damage claim with the appropriate company. For shipped items, please take pictures and contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipper. We may require you to return the item so we can repair it or produce a replacement.
