This 100-year-old home was reimagined for a father-and-sons trio who sought spaces for entertaining and celebrating their love of music. The design balances historic character with contemporary style, creating open, harmonious spaces filled with rhythm and light.

The new floor plan flows from a cozy living room with a wrap-around library to a welcoming kitchen anchored by a social bar, featuring sophisticated walnut cabinetry, natural stone, ribbed glass, and mixed metals, while box beams and transom windows add structure and balance to the space. The neighboring butler’s pantry in Hale Navy bridges the old and new, creating a continuous flow throughout the home.
